in case of cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure of fixed room bookings we have to charge you the following cancellation fees (OR 97ff):
1.1 In summer, reserved rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made after this deadline (within 13 days prior to arrival), 100% of the room rate will be charged.
1.2 In winter, reserved rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made after this deadline (within 29 days of arrival), 100% of the room turnover will be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
in the Chesa Restaurant or the Chesa Bar can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day in advance. No-shows will be charged at CHF 200 per person. On public holidays and special events as well as WEF, a free cancellation period of 7 days applies.
4.1 The rooms are ready for occupancy from 14.00 hrs. onwards.
4.2 If you would like to be guaranteed a room before 12 noon, we will be happy to reserve the room for you one night earlier. The room rate will then be charged at 100%.
5.1 The rooms are available until 12 noon on the day of departure.
5.2 If you wish to depart later, please contact reception, who will clarify the possibilities depending on the hotel's capacity. The following surcharges apply to the room rate:
