Austrian-born Ronald Fressner originally comes from classical French cuisine. However, he also incorporates modern elements and cultivates Mediterranean cuisine. «Fish is a very big concern» for Mr. Fressner. He is less concerned with Gault Millau points, his primary goal is to make his guests happy.
Ronald Fressner gained a lot of experience in the best hotels, including the Hotel Restaurant Blausee in Mitholz, the Parkhotel Bellevue in Adelboden, the Hotel Waldhaus in Sils/Maria, the Suvretta House in St. Moritz, the Castello del Sole in Ascona, the Walserhof in Klosters and the Hotel Restaurant Terminus in Küblis. Fressner’s wife comes from Prättigau and they have a daughter.
